All sales are final. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any pendants or bag charms once an order has been placed and fulfilled. We take the wellbeing of every customer seriously, and this policy helps us uphold that standard.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer an exchange for the same item. Exchanges are available for items that arrive damaged, broken, or with a manufacturing defect only β not for change of mind or styling preferences.
